Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

The symptoms that you describe correlate with an urinary tract infection.

If I was your caring doctor I would recommend to do an urine test and if positive I would prescribe antibiotics

Do this test and than consult your family doctor.

Here are some tips:
-have plenty of water
-fresh fruits and vegetables
-chamomile tea or rose tea
-don't hold your urine for long

Wish you the best
