What Causes Numbness In Head And Heaviness In Upper Eyes?

Hi I normally go to Gym 5 days in a week. I reduce 20 KGS of weight in 9 months and now going regular gym to maintain that. But from last few weeks, i feel head numbness after GYM and then heaviness in upper eyes portion. Also in ears, sounds strikes very loudly. In GYM, I do 45 minutes cardio and 15 mins Abs and 30 minutes muscle exercise. I do not drink water during the exercise but i take 2l water during the day.Please suggest what should i do to fix this??

stop your gym for 3days. get your generalhealth checkup. if doctors recomand then you ca start your gym exercise. reduce the rythm, slowly increase asper medical advise. your all activity should be after medical advise.
