What Causes Not Clear Vision While Using Glasses?

Sir i use a glass. the properties of my glass is Right:SPH -4.5,CYL-0.50 AXIS 90 left:SPH -3.0,CYL-0.50 AXIS 180 i clearly see the distance place but can not read book or see computer clearly.t The size of the line of become small if i use that glass.the line also reflex . but my previous glass which power may be -2.75(right) and 2(left) i read clearly but not see distance. Plz help me

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having problem of near vision difficulty while using your glasses.
This indicates onset of presbyopia and you require near addition for near vision.
You can go for either bifocal glasses or progressive glasses with near addition along with the correction for distant vision.
Hence I advice you to consult your optometrist or ophthalmologist for examination and correction accordingly.
