Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
There's no specific cause, for formation of a nodule in the bladder.
A nodule in the bladder, diagnosed as a complex hemorrhagic cyst on ultrasound scan, needs further evaluation, with a CECT(contrast CT scan),followed by a cystoscopic biopsy.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed, then only i can give an expert opinion.
If you've any doubts, you may send the reports to me,as a direct question.
