What Causes Neck Pain While Suffering From Headaches?

I have am being treated for headaches. They have ruled out Migraines and are still looking for causes. I have headaches 24/7. Today my neck pain is severe, I can barely move it. I have really bad upset stomach and a very bad headache. I am scheduled for another MR on May 9th, but what about todays symptoms?

Hello,

I wish you had provided some more information starting with your age and medications you have tried, important info for evaluation. Also you say another MRI, so it seems you have already had MRIs in the past, but do not say of what part, head or neck, with or without contrast. Judging from the present info the two most likely causes would be tension type headache or cervicogenic headache (cervicogenic meaning due to neck spine changes).
