Hi,

Severe headache along with nausea and sensitivity to light point towards migraine. It may be triggered by stress that you have been going through for the testicle related problem. Please avoid stress, keep yourself hydrated and take anti-inflammatory medicines after consulting a doctor in person.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhishek Juneja, Neurologist
