hi, yesterday I was out in the forest and I kicked a tree branch and it came back and whacked me in the dead center of my head, It left a goose egg on my hairline and bled, but I wasnt feeling any other symptoms other than pain until I got home in the evening I started feeling sick, now this morning I started to feel dizzy as well now im nauseated, dizzy, and hot and my head is pounding should I go to the hospital? is it likely that this is related to yesterday? even though I wasnt feeling dizzy until this morning? Thanks
