What Causes Nasal Congestion With Neck Pain And Headache?

I have had nasal congestion for several days and now it almost feels like it could be an infection but I ve also got pain in the back of my neck at the base of the skull. I thought unrelated and tried stretching excercises but it has gotten worse progressively worse not better accompanied by an increasing headache as well all day. I have been treated with antibiotics twice in the past 6 mo for tooth abyss and sinus infection with cough. I m also on enbrel. Worried this could be another maybe more serious issue now that is already involving my neck.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Your clinical features are suggestive of recurrent sinus infection. It is needed to find out the cause of frequent sinus infections. is it allergic or some other cause. Sinus x-ray and few blood tests are needed to make the proper diagnosis. Visit an ENT specialist
