What Causes Migraines, Dizziness And Nausea?

I have been dizzy and nauseous for two weeks tired and horrible migraine headaches. I have been sensitive to heat and are two weeks late on my cycle. I wentcto my doctor because three weeks ago I started feeling this way and she ordered a blood pt test after I had a positive which I thought false positive hpt. Nowcmy period still hasn t come went to er last week feel the same they did bloodcwork didn t find anything. I feel awful tired migraines etc. And they said preg test was negative blood work looked fine. I am stumped don t know.

Since the pregnancy test was positive once, I will not discount the possibility that you have a tumour or some gynecological disease which is causing the issue. You should see a Doctor as soon as possible. The Doctor will palpate the abdomen and also get an USG done to confirm the cause. These things will help you get to the cause. All the best.
