Hello,

First of all, your mother should do some investigations such as: measuring blood pressure, lipid profile in the blood.

If she had hypertension she should receive medical treatment, decrease salt and fat intake, do an ECG and an ECHO on the heart.

If your mother take oral contraceptive pills or a hormonal replacement therapy she should ask a gynacologist to adjust the dose.

Second, the deficiency of vitamin B complex can cause the same symptoms, so she should take Vitamin B complex once after meals and Benfotiamine 40 twice per day after meals.

The diagnosis of Parkinson's disease needs two symptoms: tremors and slowness of movements.

The memory can be affected in Dementia with Lewy body. To be sure your mother can do an MRI T2-weighted Brain Coronal section.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
