MDS Vidaza treatment. 82 year old father with very good cognitive base line ability saw a severe reduction in cognitive function after 2nd round of chemo treatment including confusion, memory loss, compulsive behaviors (buttoning unbuttoning shirt 20x), forming tapping and touch pattern routines with his cane, standing and sitting frequently or hand touching and slapping in a ritual routine. He is aware he is doing routines, believes he has to and knows it is crazy. But cant remember what time of year it is, names of family members.
