Welcome to health care magic.

1.The lumps at the joint areas pain less with mild discomfort - features suggest ganglions.
2.Ganglions are general arising from the tendons, ligaments, at the joint space.
3.These lumps are general asymptomatic, if causing any discomfort - a small incision and drainage is recommended.
4.As an investigative process - an ultrasound need to be done - that will help to evaluate the nature of the lesion, source and extensions. ( MRI - is the best)
5.These lumps are generally monitored, in case of discomfort action might be necessary.
6.Suggest to see your GP, get examined and request for a scan and further evaluation.

Good luck.
