What Causes Lumps And Tightened Skin Under The Armpit?
I am 26 year old male and I began to form these lumps underneath my armpits that were painful. They've gone down. But underneath my left arm where the lump was there is now a thin piece of tightened skin. It was visible when I stretched my arm and and lightly sore when I touched the area. It extended from my armpit and near my elbow. I pulled it and it tore. Now I'm a bit worried if I've done something wrong. What could be the cause of these lumps?

You may be having infection of hair follicles in arm pit. Try to keep that area clean and remove hairs by cream. If tender lumps reappears take antibiotics. Do not try to strech and tear hard bands as they will reform. They are because of healing of skin.
Show it to skin specialist once.
