General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Based on the facts of your query, you seem to have contrast induced thrombophlebitis with clot lumps of the vein used for Contrast CT study.
There is no ambiguity about this cause.
Would suggest you to treat it with your PCP guidance, and would resolve in 8-15 days time after proper treatment.
Hope this reply would help you to plan treatment with your doctor.
Will appreciate your Hitting thanks and writing excellent review comments to help needy patients like you.
Welcome with any other further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
