What Causes Lump On Neck?

Hi Doctor, I m 31, just very recent, i had a sore throat due to lack of plain water intake (i assume) had some spicy food on the same day. Now my sore throat is over and recently i feel a small pea size lump on my right side of my neck. can you advise me what should i do next? thanks alot.

Based On the facts, You mostly seem to suffer from-JD node on right side of neck from Sore Throat you had.
You should go to your Ent doctor who would treat it .according to his own assessment
Other causes of such a lump needs to be ruled out before starting the above treatment.
