What Causes Lump On Neck And Sore Throat?

i have a pea size lump in the left side of my neck and red burning rash about 2 cm down on my chest. the area around the lump burns or stings. i ve never had a rash so i m not sure what this sensation is. i ve been sick with a sore throat for a week now and havent been to the dr. because i thought it d go away. i just felt the lump yesterday.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some reactive lymphnode due to sore throat. You should take a course of antibiotics like azithromycin according to your doctor's advice. If lump doesn't respond to treatment then biopsy diagnosis is advisable. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
