What Causes Lump In The Shin After An Injury?
I bumped my shin about 3 inches below my knee about 3 months ago. The area became extremely swollen and bruised. It took about 3 weeks to heal. Ever since the injury, I now have a marble sized lump in that spot. When pressure is applied, it hurts a little and creates a tingly/itchy sensation. It doesn t hurt to walk. Should I be concerned?

It could be haematoma,collection of blood.
It ir better to get it evacuated after consultation with the doctor.
