General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for clinical evaluation and checkup.. it is possibly resolving and what you are feeling as a lump could be the healing/fibrotic tissue on the inside. complete your antibiotic regimen even if you're afebrile and not feeling the pain anymore. maintain a good hygiene and keep the area clean and dry as well.

hope this helps.

good day!!
