Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Lightheadedness, Pain In The Abdomen, Chest And Pectoral Muscles?
I am a 68 year old man that has an upper respiratory problem now but I have been lethargic, had abdominal pain prior to defecation, chest pains that feel like the pectoral muscles and not in the pulmonary cavity, light headedness in the morning and visual anomalies again in the morning. Is this just old age crap that I need to quit bitching about or should I run out and quickly spend the rotten kids inheritance? Thanks Karl grummich
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Light headedness with pain in the chest with pain abdomen may be due gastritis with gastroesophageal reflux disease or b asthma or anxietyneurosis etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
