What Causes Itchy Spots On The Penis After Unprotected Sex?
Hi i got some weird Spots on my penis and i don t know if it s an abrasion or some disease. I had an unprotected sex with my girlfriend but she has no disease I know that because she told me and she would not cheat on my or lie can you help me somehow please because am worried. By time i got more of those spots they itch sometimes they don t have any liquid in them they have little holes in them it hurts a little bit when I touch then and I got a weird little burning feeling when am having a pee.
I think these are genital ulcers and Herpes simplex virus and syphilisis (LUES) are the most common causes of the genital ulcers. Although for better diagnosis we need a clinical presentation as well following tests like, HIV 1,2 serology, serologic test for syphilis, RPR-VDRL and TPHA, PCR for HSV 1-2,and culture for Haemophilus ducreyi in settings with a high prevalence of chancroid.
I hope my answer help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
