What Causes Intermittent Fuzzy Lines Across The Vision?

I get intermittent squiggly or fuzzy lines in a sort of reverse 'c' shape that appear to very slowly cross my vision. they are there if my eyes are open or closed, it is in the same position in both eyes? It does not disperse/go away if I rub my eyes either. Should I get this checked out? is it anything to worry about?

it appears it is nothing related to eye ailment. it is better to get it checked by eye doctor.you can think of any treatment after proper diagnosis.
