Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are various reasons for insufficient pressure to urinate and pass stool as :

- Acute constipation
- Altered gut flora mechanics
- Lack of hydration
- Lack of physical activity
- Bowel-related conditions as inflammation or others.

Associated dysuria is secondary to the compression effect over the bladder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
