What Causes Inflammation In My Left Eye?

Dear Dr. I have inflammation in my left eye (pink eye?). My doctor prescribed FML eyedrops but it did not heal. Then later he prescribed Antibiotics (Fucithalmic) eye drops. Now its 7 days and nothing seem to heal. What is your best advice for my eye problem? Besides, I started to have slight hearing sensivity like a blockage. Many thanks.
