Dear- thanks for using our service, I read your question in detail and will help you with my medical advise. It is important to find out what is giving you this bladder problem.Sometimes, mostly in diabetics, there is a neurogenic bladder, which means that it does not contracts the way it should and is harder to get urine out ,for which you have a residual volume in the bladder after you urinate.Other possibility is a problem with the urinary outlet, or any outlet obstruction due to enlarged uterus, fibroid ,etc. However, there are treatments for this, so get an urologist recommendations. I hope that my advise has been helpful Dr.JC
