What Causes Hot Flushes And Blurred Vision During Nights?
Hi I woke in the night and felt as though I was about to faint, I went extremely hot and clammy I tried to walk about but couldn t with out holding onto something. My vision went slightly blury to. Do you have any idea why I felt like this. It has happened on more than 1 occasion. Thankyou for your time
There are several reasons depending on your age, gender, any medical condition and medicines you may be taking. Here is what you should do. When you are dizzy and vision is blurry, you should not get out of bed. Sit up in bed and wait till you see clearly and feel clear-headed. Even if you are dizzy while standing during the day, rather than trying to hold onto something, better to sit down immediately. Otherwise, there is a risk of fall and injury. If you get more such episodes, you should get a basic health checkup (such as general examination, blood pressure, blood sugar etc) from your general practitioner. Hope this answer is helpful.
