I have had an MRI donw. Nothing is showing wrong with my left ear though I feel there is something wrong with it. Can you explain why I feel there is something wrong with me left ear..

You may have a fluid build up behind your eardrum causing a feeling of fullness or pulling, sometimes pain, popping or crackling, and inflammation which can really affect your balance and cause headaches (and even nausea). It can come and go and is quite common and has many, many causes such as Gerd and allergies. the term for it is "serous otitis media". Now that you have had a normal brain MRI (preferably with and without contrast, the next step is an evaluation with an Ear nose and throat specialist to look into this. Another though is to see on Osteopathic Manipulation (Neuromuscular medicine specialist for hands on treatment of the head, neck, and facial and cranial bones.
