What Causes Headache , Nausea And Hair Loss?

I have a friend that is 24 years of age-Female. Has been seen by doctors at the local county hospital to no avail. She is having trouble with her back. Hurts from the base of the spine to her neck. Having headaches too. Loosing her hair and nausea. Loss of appetite but has not lost weight. Actually has gained a little weight. Her belly is swollen.

Hello,
Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having

I think that you have a headache which is occurring due to the injury to the spine and the neck. You can try doing the following so that it helps you:
Ice the area for 15 minutes at a time
Heat the area with a hot water bag
Massage the area to help you

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you. Feel free to clarify further.
