What Causes Headache And Smelling Burning Rubber?
Husband has had a headache (migraine) for 48hours. Nauseous twice. Now sleeping but comments about smelling burning rubber. No history of migraines. 4-5 months ago seemed to be struggling to focus as was losing ability to stay in a conversation as felt and looked spaced out. This disappeared. GP told us it was a virus. And stress. Should this be pushed with GP as I m now concerned.

Smelling rubber can be a big problem. It is possible that he has a sinus infection. Please see an ENT specialist so that you can confirm the cause. Once confirmed, the treatment will most probably be by taking antibiotics and inhaling steam which will clear your nasal passages.
