Hello,

Commonly body ache and headache are caused due to fatigue and exhaustion, stress and anxiety. Dehydration, low glucose levels, blood pressure and thyroid issues, cold / flu, lack of sleep, arteritis, fibromyalgia, etc., can cause such symptoms. You are suggested to get a complete medical health check up done under a GP. Get all required blood tests & Imaging tests done. Get diagnosed of the pathology causing the discomfort. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. In the meantime, avoid addictions if any, take adequate sleep. Take Naproxen, one SOS for relief from pain. Maintain the timing of the food intake, avoid spicy oily junk food.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
