What Causes Headache Along With Tightness In Jaw?

I have head pressure, headache, tightness in my jaw and my heads hurts if I bend over. This has been happening since Saturday. Sometimes I also feel nauseous but have not vomited. It also hurts my head to sneeze or even cough. It feels as though my brain is swelling. I do not have a cold, flu or any other symptoms.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
hanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have made the following clinical explanation-
Acute onset headache with stiffness in jaw and neck along with nausea, should be evaluated for any secondary cause. Please visit a neurologist so that he examines whether you are having any signs of meningismus or any other neurological deficit? He may get a computerised tomographic(CT) scan done to see for any infective or vascular abnormality in the brain.
Alternatively,it may just be severe 'stress headache'.However, since the history is acute,it mandates evaluation.I hope it helps you.
