MY QUESTIN TO YOU IS, IM A 38YR OLD WOMAN AND IN 2015 I GOT MY TUBES UNTIED HOWEVER I HAVENT GOT PREGNANT BUT JUST UNTIL 3 WEEKS AGO IVE BEEN HAVING TERRIBLE HEADACHES, DIZZINESS, LOWER ABDOMINAL FLUTTERING IVE NEVER HAD THESE THINGS HAPPEN TO ME BEFORE THE 3 WEEKS COULD I BE PREGNANT BUT I JUST STARTED BLEEDING 04/13/2017 ?

It would have been useful if apart from the bleeding date you included date of last unprotected sexual intercourse. Anyway, those symptoms you mention do not indicate pregnancy. The main manifestation of pregnancy is missing your menstrual cycle, so if you just started bleeding you are not pregnant.
