Hi, it may be a viral wart hidden between the hair. It's not pimple. when you injure , it will start to bleed profusely. if it has secondary infection it start to have pain and foul smelling. the pain may be the surrounding areas and spread to neck muscles. movement of neck may be painful. Meet your family physician, confirm the diagnosis, clean the wound and continue antibiotics and analgesics as advices. recurrence possible. so do not hurt again.
