What Causes Hard Movable Painful Lump On Lower Right Back?

I have a hard (concrete hard ) lump , lower right back....it seems mobile and has gone from smaller than a ping pong ball to about egg size. If it is what I fear most, I will seek a hospice and no chemo/radiation for me. Seen too many go through those and all they did was prolong their misery and suffering. . . what should I do next ? I am on norco 10-375 1 every 8 hours prn for arthritis...wonder if that has caused this ? Pain is bad enough from this lump that I only sleep about an hour, sometimes 2-3 before the pain med seems to have worn off. I cannot take anti-inflammatories as I am on aspirin therapy...also cannot have any MRI s as I have a stent in my heart.

You may have some soft tissue tumor like neurofibroma, dermatofibroma or other mass. You should go for biopsy or fine needle aspiration cytology of that lump.
It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
