What Causes Hallucinations In An Elderly Person?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. There are many things that may cause hallucinations in the older patients. It is good that she had her blood tests done. She may need brain imaging. If she has memory problems, then it may be that the hallucinations are part of Dementia. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Kathy Robinson
