What Causes Frequent Voiding?

Woman-47- about a month ago I started to urinate frequently ... increased my water intake, yogurt and cranberry juice -and have been able to keep it at bay, although it would come back slightly, then I would increase the water, etc and it would go away. Today my left side has started to hurt tremendously and have been urinating very frequently and uncomfortably... however, my day started with a run - took Clariton-D for allergies and the pain came on when I was exercising with jumps and has been painful for about 3 hrs now.

Hello and thanks for your question.
It's my first priority to help you.
Well it sounds urinary tract infection and possibility of kidney stone/sludge formation which are causing recurrent symptoms.
You need to undergo urinalysis and ultrasound whole abdomen.
Take OTC Ibuprofen.
Warm compresses with a heating pad can be helpful.
Hope this helps.
