What Causes Frequent Urination And Urinary Incontinence?

Yes, I've recently experience symptoms such as burning, frequent urine, urinary incontinence. I am a 36 year old female with current conditions of Lupus SLE and Fibromyalgia. My doctor place me on antibiotics for three days the symptoms did not subside and there is still frequent urine. Do I need to contact my doctor symptoms have been occurring for two and a half weeks.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service. I read your query and here is my advice.
It looks like you are suffering from an infection and also urine incontinence.
Urine may escape with less pressure than usual if the muscles are damaged, causing a change in the position of the bladder. Fibromyalgia and lupus may contribute to damaged muscles.
Speak with your rheumatologist for it.
