What Causes Frequent Migraines With High BP And Increased Heart Rate?
My 27 year old suffers from migraines. She normally gets them a day or two before her cycle. However in the past 6 weeks. She is having in between her cycle. And today the pain was so bad that I took her to the emergency room. Her pressure was 181 over 105. And her pulse was 125. Her face was tingling and she said the pain was very sharp in the top of her head. What could be causing the migraines to increase in frequency and to intensify

she is having high blood pressure which is giving her the headache
give her tab acetaminophen and take her to the cardiologist for ECG and detailed examination
once blood pressure returns within the normal range her headache will be alright
