I know a guy in his early 60s, he has been forgetful since I have known him - about 4 years. This year he is convinced that there are multiple people involved in a scheme to drug him or use some kind of chemical(s) to harass him and make him uncomfortable. He works in Alaska in the summer and for me in Oregon in the winter. He thinks the people in Alaska have recruited the people in Oregon to continue the harassment. When he thinks he has been exposed to these drugs or chemicals he feels loopy or woozy, unable to function properly at work. He mentions a burning in his eyes and throat, a ringing in his ears, and a stinging feeling on the skin on his face and neck. He has no insurance and not much money. I have urged him to see a doctor, but because of his financial situation and because he is convinced he is the victim of this conspiracy he thinks it will be a waste.
