What Causes Fever, Neck Pain/sensitivity And Headache?

My son is experiencing neck pain/sensitivity, fever, and headache. I took him to the walk-in, but they said they were baffeled . They did order a CBC and SED rate bloodwork for him, but need to wait on results. He is 17 years old. Any thoughts on what this could be?

After report go for treatment accordingly.
