Hello.My friend had an accident,fall down from 2-3 metars.He is stable now,but the thing that worries us is that one of his eyes is very big with blood inside still not reacting on light and is always open.Please can u tell me what does all this mean?How bad is it?Will he be able to see again?Please please...thank you so much...

he has got hyphyma. he needs immediate examination by eye doctor. should be kept under observation. IOT is is to be taken. should take complete bed rest. it may regress hyphema completely absorbed. or may ultimately requires surgery. if iot is raised, then treatment to reduce the pressure should be taken.
