What Causes Eye Dizziness With Black Outs?

Felt a pop behind my eyes got dizzy still feel dizzy happened bout an hour ago while sitting down the room shifted like i was on a boat my eyes like blurred n blacked out momentarily ..I ve been dizzy n light headed ever since..I drove home and was swerving no I am not drunk just feel very off balance rt now. stil dzzy light headed n a little foggy. I ve had migranes all my life often since I was twelve but nothing has ever felt like this. I am 49 yrs female 180lbs, not health issues.

Should have given details of treatment for migraine taking for last several years. Now you should undergo complete eye checkup. refraction , ocular muscle move ment is to be recorded. Any deficiency detected should be treated For migraine you can take migranil dose is to be adjusted according to need. maximum 6tablet can be taken. keeping in view your age general check up should exclude diabetes and hypertention. Any abnormality detected should be treated.
