What Causes Dull Pain Above The Nape Of The Neck?
I have a dull pain in the base of my head in the back on the right side. I also can t stop falling asleep. I will be sitting at my desk and my head just drops or someone will be talking to me and I just fall asleep, I do have a cough so I may have a slight touch of the flu that has been traveling so maybe that s the cause/
