What Causes Dryness In Eyes, Strained Eye Muscles And Sensitiveness?

hi, i have a question about my eyes. for the past couple of weeks my eyes have felt really dry and the muscles behind and around my eyes feel quite strained. i don t have blurry vision but if i look at my computer i find it quite uncomfortable and my eyes feel sensitive to the very bright light. please advise.

All the above symptoms point towards "Computer Vision Syndrome" which is very common due to use of computers for a longer duration of time in the day. Try to take breaks at regular intervals. You could also use any Lubricating eye drops -Genteal eye drops / Tears plus eye drops-1 drop four times a day.

If no relief with the lubricating eye drops, consult your ophthalmologist.
