What Causes Dizziness,headache And Loss Of Balance?

Once in a while I will get a dizzy spell and it makes me off balance pulling me to the left. I feel like Im going to pass out. It lasts about an hour then goes away then while sleeping I wake up with a headache sometimes the headaches are too intense went for a ct it was normal im seeing a pattern

Dizziness with loss of balance require neurological work up to find out cause.

Headache with dizziness require investigations like Fundus examination/CT scan/MRI.

Fundas examination.

It will shows any papillodeama that suggest raise in interracial tension.
MRI brain will helpful to rule out any pressure producing lesion or space occupying lesions.

Treatment would be difficult without finding of appropriate cause.

So consult neurologist, go for investigations and get further assistance.
