What Causes Dizziness?

I've been getting dizzy alot lately, just today I got up and felt that same dizzy feeling but it was so bad it gave me a headache then I blacked out. I am only 13 and I know my iron isn't low. I am about 5'2 and my medical history is fine, i have no medical problems and no allergies What could it be?
