What Causes Dizziness In Elderly?

My 51 year old husband was on a walk with me and felt dizzy. He repeated the same story twice on the walk. We checked his BP upon arrival home and it was normal for him. We walk daily but he was doing hard work earlier in the day. No headaches or shortness of breath or pain of any kind. What should we do?
