Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be exhibiting symptoms of sudden bouts of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or DYSAUTONOMIA with VASOGENIC ORTHOSTATIC hypotension.

I may suggest you seek out a neurologist to begin with so that appropriate autonomic testing can be scheduled after taking a careful history to see what if any medications are being taken or which may be brand new to your regimen.

A tilt table test may also be appropriate to try and reduce symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dariush Saghafi, Neurologist
