My mother is 90 and having extreme dizzy spells and during the dizziness get very warm, and she is normally always always cold. She has not been able to get out of bed all day. Her doctor took her off of her bp meds yesterday because she has been so weak, dizzy and sleeping most of the day. Her bp had gotten very low. What could be causing the dizziness and feeling so hot?

Hi,
I admire your positive outlook and congratulate you for the attitude.
Now I guess you have dizziness, body warmth, and low blood pressure. There are lots of pathological causes responsible for it.

However, let me give my opinion here.

According to me first make an exact diagnosis so do CBC with differential to ruled out infection, do renal function test, check fasting blood sugar, ECG and ECHO, stool/Urine, and RF factor etc.so you can do these investigations if you are convinced on me and follow me with report.

For this you need expert's guidance by your treating doctor

Hope this helps.
