What Causes Dizziness And Twitching Of The Eye?

I woke up w/ my ad spinning fast & couldn't move. Then I gotup because felt sck so iwent to bathroom & ithappened again. Head spin out of control eye were twitching fast & befoe i new it i was on the floor eyes still twitchingi had to close them tight the it was over.

In usual cases it`s self limiting , if frequent and recurrent with much severity has to be evaluated with a good Neurophysician in form of clinical parameters as well as EEG or MRI with OPhthalmologist`s opinion also.
