I. Have been so dizzy my head would not go into a sitting position. I started on motion sickness and sudafed. Yesterday I could sit up for awhile and watch tv and eat. This morning I almost passed out by getting up. Now I have a bad ache over my right eye down to my teeth and then to my shoulder. Can not eat and have to close my eyes due to the became now a migraine
You should seen by a doctor so more history as how this all got started and what else has been going can be obtained. Lab tests may also need to be done.
However, in the scheme of things, several things seem possible in terms of a diagnosis. One would be VERTIGINOUS MIGRAINEheadaches.
A second possibility would be that of BENIGN PAROXYSMAL POSITIONAL VERTIGO which is usually a self limited condition and responds to exercises that a patient can do themselves but should be shown by a doctor familiar with the condition.
A third possibility is that of an inner inflammatory condition (such as viral syndrome) causing severe dizziness and consequent headaches.
Perhaps one more possibility would be that of orthostatic hypotension due to a new medication(s) in the past several days or several weeks causing blood pressure to be lowered upon sitting or standing for any length of time.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
